A word from Warren 

Warren Adolph, Founder

It all began in woodwork class.

That’s where I first crossed paths with my business partner and friend Andrew Clark.

As 12 year olds covered in sawdust at Avondale Intermediate.

I went on to win the school hard-tech prize and a building apprenticeship. Andrew, not to be outdone, qualified top New Zealand Quantity Surveyor at age 21. As young lads keen to get a foot on the property ladder, we pooled funds and built our first house together in 1993.

A good house has a solid foundation and that goes for house companies too.

Over the past 30 years, I've completed over 100 new house builds and countless renovations.

Andrew can lay claim to managing large-scale construction projects like Lynmall’s upgrade, Sylvia Park, the new MSocial Hotel and even Sky Tower!

Together we have over 60 years expertise in residential and commercial construction.

We combined our unique skills to form Warren Adolph Homes alongside a talented and long-serving team of senior foreman and skilled carpenters. I focus on the client relationships and team management, while Andrew manages negotiations and contractors to ensure projects run on time and budget. We’re both across all the jobs. It’s a family-run business with my cousin Diane the office manager and one of my sons now a trainee apprentice. Another cousin is a foreman and our 2IC's, John and Quintin have been with me for nearly 20 years.

On the weekend if the fish aren’t biting, Andrew will often pull out the tools and buzz something up.

If golf’s rained out, I might drop in on clients, many of whom are now friends. Because they keep coming back.
