We offer Fixed Price and Full Contract Tenders, so you know exactly what the project will cost you. We use the Certified Builders Contracts and provide a ten year guarantee on our work. 

The first step after being appointed is to meet and reconfirm plans and timings. We like to understand your lifestyle needs and ensure there’s a rock-solid fit between your design and the proposed site.

Home wasn’t built in a day so we work at your pace guiding you through the initial pre-build stages.

We respond to questions then bed down the scope and pricing.

We run projects efficiently with regular on-site meetings to save you stress, time and money. It’s our no-surprises policy.

The health and safety of our team and your family is important to us, and therefore we take all necessary steps to ensure the site is operated in a safe manner and to protect the wellbeing of everyone on site.

The high finish to our houses reflect our craftsman-like focus on the finer details. We insist on quality from our painters, tilers, plumbers and other contractors. It’s what we’d demand on our own homes no less. Some would call this old school.
